Update — Hk8 Pro Max Firmware

| Issue | Solution | |-------|----------| | | Reboot watch (hold crown button 10s). Re-pair in app. Retry. | | Watch not showing in update page | Disconnect & forget watch in phone Bluetooth settings. Re-pair via app. | | Update stuck for >15 minutes | Force close app, restart phone, reopen app. The watch will revert to old firmware. | | Battery drains fast after update | Perform a factory reset: Settings → System → Reset. Re-sync. | | Watch won’t turn on after update | Place on magnetic charger for 1 hour. Then hold crown button for 20 seconds. |

Before starting, ensure you have the following ready to avoid "bricking" or freezing your device: Battery Level Hk8 Pro Max Firmware Update

: If the watch stays black for more than 10 minutes after an update, try charging it or long-pressing the power button for 15 seconds to force a reboot. | Issue | Solution | |-------|----------| | |
