Locate (usually under "Other Devices" or "Bluetooth"). Right-click it and choose Update driver . Click Browse my computer for drivers .
: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot and select Bluetooth to let Windows identify the issue.
Select from the right pane and click Next .
