Initially introduced in Archicad 27, the Design Options feature has been significantly refined in version 28 based on direct user feedback. Common management tasks like creating, deleting, renaming, and duplicating options are now conveniently located in the Design Options palette. New context menus make it easier to set default options, and you can now search for specific options within the palette. The tool now also integrates more deeply into the BIM workflow, as "Design Option Name" and "Option Set Name" can be used as criteria in Find & Select, Graphic Overrides, and Schedules.
